Program Coordinator
The International Institute of St. Louis is seeking a full time team member to coordinate Elderly Services, Behavioral Health, and Case Management programming in the Social Work Department. This position will serve a critical quality assurance and evaluation function within the team and reports to the Director of Social Work. This position is currently funded through 9/29/22.
Duties:
- Provide program referral support for Behavioral Health and Elderly Services
- Schedule, organize, and facilitate team meetings in conjunction with Social Work Director
- Record and follow up on action items
- Data management
- Case file reviews to ensure compliance with funder and certifying body requirements
- Assist with Language Use form Management
- Assist in development of evaluation mechanisms and tools for multiple SW programs
- Assist in evaluating Behavioral Health and Elderly Services program outcomes
- Provide grant support for narrative and data reporting
- Contribute to program sustainability initiatives through supporting grants applications
Qualifications
Education and Experience: Masters degree in Social Work or related social service field OR Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related social service field with 3+ years experience.
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Ability to interpret and adhere to established policies and procedures;
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills;
- Knowledge of trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered frameworks;
- Knowledge of the field of refugee services, gerontology, and/or behavioral health services;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications;
- Internet research and a high comfort level in working with computer systems;
- Must have knowledge of and the ability to adhere to confidentiality standards;
- Must be able to focus on details and ensure accuracy in reporting and giving information;
- Must be cordial in working under pressure and/or meeting deadlines;
- Ability to follow tasks through to completion;
- Must be able to work well both independently as well as part of a team;
- Must have a valid driver's license
